Jordan Holden (she/her)

I’m a relational therapist who works primarily with women and queer clients navigating identity, loss, and the quiet (and not-so-quiet) ways life can change us. My work centers on moments when what once made sense no longer does - careers that stop fitting, relationships that shift or end, and versions of self that have to be mourned before something new can emerge.

I’m especially attuned to how identity is shaped through work, relationships, and cultural expectations, particularly for those whose lives don’t follow traditional or prescribed paths. I work with clients navigating career-related trauma, burnout, grief, and the impact of living in systems that were not built with them in mind.

Grief is a central part of my work, both traditional grief and the less recognized losses that often go unnamed, such as the loss of anticipated futures, professional identities, safety, or belonging. I believe grief deserves space, context, and compassion, rather than pressure to move on.

My approach is relational, feminist, and collaborative. I prioritize transparency, shared meaning-making, and helping clients understand why their patterns developed. Not to label them, but to restore agency, clarity, and a more connected relationship with self.

At its core, my work is about helping people come back into relationship with themselves, especially in seasons of transition, rupture, and becoming.
